Sierra Azul - caramel, hazelnut and mango
Cauca Excelso - caramel, chocolate and raspberry
Espresso Blend (80% Sierra Azul & 20% Finca Fulda) - Caramel, Hazelnut & Cinnamon

The tasting package consists of

Guji (organic)

Our newcomer comes from the Guji region, south of Yirgacheffe, in western Ethiopia. You can expect floral notes and a fruity-sweet bouquet with a lemony-juicy finish.

The Kuru cooperative works to the highest standards and is certified organic.

The result is a fragrant, floral coffee that always delights us - both as filter coffee, espresso or in the French Press.

Cauca Excelso

For 3rd Wave Specialty coffee lovers, the Cauca Excelso is a beautiful fruit-driven coffee from the Cauca region in Colombia.

Sweet raspberry notes, chocolatey aromas and a pleasant touch of caramel characterise this coffee.

With an SCA score of 84, we recommend preparing it both as an espresso and in the French Press, Chemex or V60 hand filter method.

Sierra Azul

Our Mexican newcomer from the Chiapas region is something for those of us who like to enjoy a mild, low-acid coffee.
It scores 86 points, the highest SCA score in our range.

We offer it in a medium roast to bring out notes of caramel, hazelnut and soft apricot.

Imagine a coffee with a positive impact on people and nature. With TRUESDAY we are making a start: we are launching the first coffee with True Price - both the value of the coffee beans and the environmental and social costs of coffee cultivation are taken into account 100%.

In cooperation with international NGOs and social enterprises, we bring hidden costs such as underpayment of farmers, soil contamination and water pollution to the surface in order to reduce and compensate for them.
