For 3rd Wave Specialty coffee lovers, the Cauca Excelso is a beautiful fruit-driven coffee from the Cauca region in Colombia.
Sweet raspberry notes, chocolatey aromas and a pleasant touch of caramel characterise this coffee.
With an SCA score of 84, we recommend preparing it both as an espresso and in the French Press, Chemex or V60 hand filter method.
Our newcomer comes from the Guji region, south of Yirgacheffe, in western Ethiopia. You can expect floral notes and a fruity-sweet bouquet with a lemony-juicy finish.
