The tasting package consists of

Espresso Houseblend

Chiapas Espressoblend

Our new espresso blend from the Chiapas region in Mexico consists of 80% Arabica (Sierra Azul) and 20% Robusta (Finca Fulda).

Look forward to flavours of dark chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and cinnamon.

Guji

Our newcomer comes from the Guji region, south of Yirgacheffe, in western Ethiopia. You can expect floral notes and a fruity-sweet bouquet with a lemony-juicy finish.

The Kuru cooperative works to the highest standards and is certified organic.

The result is a fragrant, floral coffee that always delights us - both as filter coffee, espresso or in the French Press.

Seasonal Lot

Our Seasonal Lot is the only dry-processed coffee ("Natural") in our range. During drying in the sun, sweet aromas from the coffee cherry are drawn into the raw beans and develop the intensely chocolaty, fruity flavor.

It comes from Fazenda California, south of São Paulo in Brazil, a pioneer in the use of regenerative agriculture: through reforestation, on-site beekeeping courses, and constant research on and conversion to organic means of pest control, the Fazenda goes beyond simple damage control and actively works to restore the land on which you farm. It also ensures an incomparable aroma in your cup.

Imagine a coffee with a positive impact on people and nature. With TRUESDAY we are making a start: we are launching the first coffee with True Price - both the value of the coffee beans and the environmental and social costs of coffee cultivation are taken into account 100%.

In cooperation with international NGOs and social enterprises, we bring hidden costs such as underpayment of farmers, soil contamination and water pollution to the surface in order to reduce and compensate for them.
