The tasting package consists of

Espresso Houseblend

Chiapas Espressoblend

Our new espresso blend from the Chiapas region in Mexico consists of 80% Arabica (Sierra Azul) and 20% Robusta (Finca Fulda).

Look forward to flavours of dark chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and cinnamon.

Sierra Azul

Seasonal Lot

Our Seasonal Lot is the only dry-processed coffee ("Natural") in our range. During drying in the sun, sweet aromas from the coffee cherry are drawn into the raw beans and develop the intensely chocolaty, fruity flavor.

Cauca Excelso

For 3rd Wave Specialty coffee lovers, the Cauca Excelso is a beautiful fruit-driven coffee from the Cauca region in Colombia. Citrus freshness, vanilla aromas and a pleasant touch of caramel characterise this coffee. With an SCA score of 84, we recommend preparing it both as an espresso and in the French Press, Chemex or V60 hand filter method.

Guji

Our organic newcomer comes from the Guji region, south of Yirgacheffe, in western Ethiopia. You can expect floral notes and a fruity-sweet bouquet with a lemony-juicy finish. Paired with a light body and fine acidity, a balanced and fresh coffee lands in your cup.

Imagine a coffee with a positive impact on people and nature. With TRUESDAY we are making a start: we are launching the first coffee with True Price - both the value of the coffee beans and the environmental and social costs of coffee cultivation are taken into account 100%.

In cooperation with international NGOs and social enterprises, we bring hidden costs such as underpayment of farmers, soil contamination and water pollution to the surface in order to reduce and compensate for them.
