The coffee comes from Fazenda California, south of São Paulo in Brazil, a pioneer in the use of regenerative agriculture: through reforestation, on-site beekeeping courses, and constant research on and conversion to organic means of pest control, the Fazenda goes beyond simple damage control and actively works to restore the land on which you farm. It also ensures an incomparable aroma in your cup.
Our Seasonal Lot is the only dry-processed ("Natural") coffee in our line. As it dries in the sun, sweet aromas from the coffee cherry infuse the raw beans and develop the intensely chocolatey, fruity flavor.
