Our organic newcomer comes from the Guji region, south of Yirgacheffe, in western Ethiopia. You can expect floral notes and a fruity-sweet bouquet with a lemony-juicy finish.
The Kuru cooperative works to the highest standards and is certified organic. The cherries are hand-picked in several rounds. The coffee is then fermented for about 36-48 hours and washed in the aftermath. The green beans then dry naturally in the sun on African drying loungers.
The hard work of the Kuru farmers results in a fragrant, floral coffee that delights us time and again - both as filter coffee, espresso or in the French Press.
